A Sense Of Wonder – Flowers

Robert Rotella’s limited edition of 450, hand-made book, A Sense Of Wonder – Flowers is Robert’s second monograph. Self-published in 2009 with meticulous attention to detail, each page is essentially a limited edition print. Each of the 52 plates was individually printed on an Epson inkjet printer using Epson UltraChrome inks and Moab Lasal Matte Duo paper. The books were then hand bound by a local bindery.

A Sense Of Wonder – Flowers contains 52 colorful photos shot by Robert mainly in his garden in Bellevue, WA. Capturing flowers common and exotic, this collection bursts with eye-popping colors of the tiny world of flowers. From the serenity of Iris With Raindrops to the surreal macro shot of the interior of a Belladonna Lily, or the bee perfectly positioned in Water Lily, this collection flows from one amazing image to another.
